Rita's is an independent restaurant where modern American dining meets
British and European produce. Founded in 2012 and led by chef-owner Gabriel Pryce and beverage director Missy Flynn
Our menus are guided by the seasons, working only with meat and fish raised and caught sustainably. Our fresh produce is sourced from local organic farms surrounding London
and the best markets in Europe. All of our wines are sourced from producers whose
winemaking style mirrors our ethos in the kitchen; working organically as a minimum, sometimes biodynamically and most often without any chemical intervention at all
